If you have a full day to sail from Sitges, there is a route that combines spectacular landscapes, quiet areas to anchor and open sea to relax: the coastal journey from Sitges towards Garraf and Vilanova i la Geltrú, returning to the Port of Aiguadolç.
This is a circular route, with no need to go ashore or enter any other port. The entire plan is enjoyed on board, anchoring in coves or safe areas to swim, have a drink, take photos or simply let yourself be carried by the rhythm of the sea.
This route is perfect for both the Aida sailboat—more intimate and cosy—and the MonAmour, ideal for groups who want a full day of sailing with comfort and a lively atmosphere.
Departure from Sitges: first views and heading towards Garraf
The day begins at the Port of Aiguadolç, where we board and set sail northeast. As you leave Sitges behind, the coastline becomes more natural, with small coves and cliff sections that belong to the Garraf Natural Park.
If conditions allow, the skipper may anchor in a protected area for a swim in crystal-clear waters. It’s the perfect stretch to enjoy the scenery, take photos and start disconnecting.
Sailing parallel to the coast: from Garraf towards Vilanova
From the Garraf area, the sailboat changes course, gliding once again past Sitges—now with sea views—and continues southwest towards Vilanova i la Geltrú. This stretch is ideal for letting the sea breeze guide you and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Along the route, a second stop can be made to anchor, swim or practice paddle surf if it has been included as an extra in the chosen pack. There is no docking in any port: the entire experience takes place on board, with the Mediterranean as the only backdrop.
Return with golden light
The return to Sitges usually coincides with late afternoon. If you choose a schedule that includes the end of the day, you’ll see how the coastline turns warm and golden, creating a relaxed and very special atmosphere. It’s the perfect moment to open a bottle of cava, make a toast and let the day end peacefully.
Whether you sail on the Aida or the MonAmour, this route lets you see several different landscapes without going too far or complicating the journey with stops. Just sea, relaxation and the best possible view of Sitges: from the water.
A simple, complete route without leaving the boat
This type of experience is designed for those who want to spend a full day at sea without needing to go ashore or deal with logistics in other ports. All stops are made by anchoring in safe areas, and everything you need is on board: drinks, music, good vibes and, above all, the freedom to sail.
It’s an ideal proposal for groups, couples or families who want to experience the sea without interruptions. A different way to discover Sitges and its surroundings… from the sea.
